ROCKIES EXPLORER - This route takes you through some stunning scenery and superb skiing!
DAY 1 - Fly into Calgary with Air Canada and pickup your vehicle then
head to Banff.
(Approx Driving time - 1 1/4 hour)
Spend 5 nights here. Big impressive mountains, tons of dry light powder snow and gorgeous scenery – when winter comes to Banff National Park, these are guaranteed.
DAY 6 - Drive to Kicking Horse. (Approx Driving time - 2 hours)
Spend 4 nights here. Kicking Horse is renowned as a destination for those that love big mountain skiing. Craggy peaks rise high above wide open bowls and long, challenging runs, with much of the area best suited to more advanced skiers and boarders.
DAY 10 - Drive to Panorama. (Approx Driving time - 1 3/4 hours)
Spend 5 nights here. Panorama is a compact, purpose built village, at the foot of the slopes. It has a tremendous amount of skiing in comparison with the size of the village and so you can expect the slopes to be quiet and spacious at most times.
DAY 15 - Drive back to Calgary for your flight home. (Approx Driving time - 3 1/2 hours)
